WAPOW Electrical is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Solar Installer to join our team on the Gold Coast.

We specialise in residential and small commercial electrical, solar and air conditioning work. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, clear communication and doing the job right the first time. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a solid, supportive crew.

About the Role

You’ll be working on residential and light commercial solar installations across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. This includes everything from rooftop panel installation through to system commissioning and working alongside our electricians to deliver seamless installs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on-site, working outdoors and being part of a team that moves efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties
• Assist with mounting systems and rooftop work
• Work alongside licensed electricians for system connections and commissioning
• Maintain high safety standards at all times
  Represent WAPOW professionally on site with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in solar panel installation
• White Card
• Working at Heights ticket
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
• Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs
• Reliable, punctual and team focused
• Manual driver licence

Desirable

• SAA accreditation
• Electrical trade background or apprenticeship
• Experience with battery installations
